Apartment Option:
Our school apartments are located in a great hotel so many advantages include:
Only a 15 minute walk from the school
Access to a shared bathroom
Access to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Also, air conditioning, cable TV, Internet access, fitness room and laundry room.
Host Family option:
We offer lodging with host families carefully selected by the Sprachcaffe staff. This option will give you the opportunity to practice your language skills outside of class while you will come to know first-hand the culture and the customs of New Yorkers.
We carefully select host families based on the following factors:
Shortest possible travel distance between the host family and our school
Highest possible comfort level of host family accommodation
Availability of host family accommodation
Optional half board.

Activities and lifestyle in New York
The Museum of Modern Art has to be one of the world's top museums, and the Guggenheim Museum and American Museum of Modern History aren't far behind. Bookshops, food, theater, shopping, people: it doesn't really matter what you do or where you go in New York because the city itself is an in-your-face, exhilarating experience.
Our school offers various activities for you to enjoy during your spare time. You will be able to visit museums, to go to the theatre or the cinema. Also, we organise weekend trips to Washington DC, Niagara Falls and Boston.
