Arguably one of the most typically English regions, the Southwest has provided the source of many of the country´s Arthurian legends and a fair share of its finest literature. With its wonderfully mild climate and Mediterranean-style architecture, it is hardly surprising that Exmouth is regarded by the English as part of their very own "Riviera"!

The "Languages PLUS" school is situated in the towns square and can proudly say that it is the towns only English language center. Located close to pubs, cafes, shops, everything is nearby and accessible. The classes in Exmouth sometimes consist of a maximum of 10 people. The school offers a relaxed atmosphere, with bright classrooms, Audio Equipment, Video, TV Yes Cafe Bar and Library. Many European students study here as alternative to expensive and noisy London. This is a very relaxed and friendly school.

Activities and lifestyle in Devon
There are so many attractions. For example, sports: sailing, riding, golf, polo and cricket. Long walks on scenic cliffs, weeping willows by rivers, and the unique and mysterious gloomy moors. One of the most famous Sherlock Holmes mysteries was set here, indeed if you take a trip out to Dartmoor you cannot fail to be impressed by the alluring atmosphere, mystical forces and stunning scenery. You should definitely plan a trip to this famous moor - who knows, maybe you will be inspired to write a story - in English!
