For many years we have been organizing all types of groups for all sorts of people, using our great school locations, teachers and accommodations. We have the experience to help you arrange a group and make the process easy and fun!
Groups come in all sizes however we usually consider a group as 10 or more individuals, of any age, participating on the same program. Using our existing school locations and accommodations, our groups will travel together and then blend into our normal school program. This is ideal for groups with many different language levels and students can pick and choose what activities they wish to enjoy after class.
We can provide group and pre departure support from our North American office and for every 15 students the group leader is given free accommodation and lessons.
The “Benefits” of our group program
1) Pre departure help and support from our trained consultants:
We will organize and pre-arrange every thing required with your group travel. Toll free line to your group co-ordinator. Pre departure kit with valuable information and resources. We own our schools so we can adapt and prepare for your needs. We can include airport transfers if required.
2) Lessons and materials:
On your first day at school we will hold an orientation meeting for the group. All students will take a placement test to determine their language skills on the first day. On the last day of school, normally in the evening, the school will host a small farewell party for the group. Study with the other international students studying at the school or in a closed group. Select 4 or 6 lessons daily and lessons are held from Monday – Friday, usually in the mornings. Typically a lesson lasts between 45 and 50 minutes for all language levels.
3) Accommodation and meals (select which option is best for your group):
Host Families (private or shared rooms with a meal option)
Apartments (private or shared rooms, no meals)
Hotel
School residence (private or shared rooms with a meal option)
4) Cultural program:
Our programs normally include 2 FREE afternoon and 2 FREE evening cultural activities per week. A teacher or school representative normally guides the optional school activities. Activities could include: cultural trips, sporting events, a walking tour of the city, lectures or guest speakers at the school, workshops, a visit to a local market, visit to a museum, local gallery, the theater or opera, video movie nights at the school, theme parties, local dance classes, etc.
Our program normally includes one full day excursion to a local place of interest, local cities or places with a school guide, this can be adapted to your request or requirements.
